Shipping Policies

Thank you for shopping at Sophisticated Demure where we keep things Classy, Cute and Sophisticated. 

Our shipping policies are as follows:

1. Processing Times: Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days excluding holidays and weekends. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will then be sent to the customer. 

2. Cancellations: If you face a problem and need to cancel your order, please email us at sophisticateddemure@gmail.com and we will take care of it for you.

3. Returns: We do not accept returns or refund items. 

4. Sophisticated Demure will not be liable for any lost or damaged products after it has been given to the carrier. However, if your item is damaged, you can reach out to us at sophisticateddemure@gmail.com and we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
