📦 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 7–14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

✏️ Order Changes & Cancellations

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Because many of our products are personalized or made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds unless an item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order.

🚚 Shipping Responsibility

Once your package has been handed to the shipping carrier, Sophisticated Demure is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused during transit.

If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us at SophisticatedDemure@gmail.com. We’ll gladly help you file a claim with the shipping carrier whenever possible.
